目的通过对此起疫情的调查处理,分析流行原因,控制疫情蔓延。方法按《霍乱诊断标准及处理原则(GB15984-1995)》、《仁寿县霍乱疫情应急预案》开展调查、采样检测和疫情处理。结果由县疾控中心对聚餐人员和密切接触者等全面开展流行病学调查,并采取有效的疫情控制措施;经增菌培养检出O139群霍乱弧菌,该疫情是1起农村丧事聚餐引起的O139群霍乱疫情,共发病1例。结论该起霍乱疫情为建国以来仁寿县首起,该疫情发生可能与聚餐人员食用感染了霍乱弧菌的甲鱼有关。由于发现及时,措施有力,没有出现二代病例,疫情得到有效控制。
Objective Through investigation and treatment of the epidemic situation, analyze the epidemic reasons, control the spread of the epidemic. Methods According to “Cholera diagnostic criteria and principles of treatment (GB15984-1995)”, “Renshou County contingency plan for cholera epidemic” to carry out investigations, sampling and detection of epidemic situation. Conclusion Since the founding of Cholera, the outbreak of Cholera was the first to start. The epidemic may be related to the consumption of turtle infected with Vibrio cholerae by meal staff. Since the discovery of timely, effective measures, there is no second-generation cases, the outbreak has been effectively controlled.
