我国钢铁行业的信息化可以用“可圈可点”来形容,伴随着中国钢铁产业在世界钢铁业的话语权逐年增长,全行业的骨干企业近两三年几十亿元的信息化投入以及平均不到4年的回报周期,在“以信息化带动工业化”的进程中给国内其它制造业企业树立了榜样。不过,在新形势下中国钢铁行业信息化有些问题依然需要深入探索,也有必要对前期的经验做初步的总结。为此,本报特别邀请到中国钢铁工业协会信息化专务理事漆永新教授、济南钢铁集团总公司总经理助理曹同乐和汉普管理咨询(中国)公司副总裁邹鸿一道探讨我国钢铁行业信息化目前存在的一些问题的解决思路,这些问题包括钢铁信息化最难之处在哪?是自主开发还是采用商业套件?体制改革和信息化如何配合?信息化如何与企业打造个性竞争力相结合?如何减轻上线前磨合期的阵痛?如何推进上下游产业链的信息化步伐?
