为研究高温空气燃烧技术在钢包烘烤过程中的应用效果,优化某钢厂的钢包烘烤制度,利用商业软件FLUENT,采用有限差分方法和速度-压力耦合算法SIMPLE,对钢包烘烤过程的流动、燃烧、传热现象进行数值模拟与优化研究,定量分析了空气预热温度对钢包内温度分布的影响。结果表明,对钢包烘烤器进行技术改造,提高空气预热温度是优化钢包烘烤,节约能源的有效措施,这将对指导现场生产有重要的意义,模拟计算结果与现场工况实测结果基本吻合。
In order to study the application effect of high temperature air combustion technology in the ladle baking process, the ladle baking system of a steel mill was optimized. Using the commercial software FLUENT, finite difference method and speed-pressure coupling algorithm SIMPLE, , Combustion and heat transfer phenomena were simulated and optimized. The influence of air preheating temperature on the temperature distribution in ladle was quantitatively analyzed. The results show that the technical transformation of the ladle roaster to improve the air preheating temperature is an effective measure to optimize ladle baking and save energy, which will be of great significance to direct on-site production. The results of the simulation and field conditions are basically Anastomosis.
