目的探讨带蒂唇红黏膜肌瓣修复单侧唇裂继发唇珠缺失的临床疗效。方法 2010年5月至2013年5月期间,本院诊治的25例单侧唇裂继发唇珠缺失患者,采取带蒂唇红黏膜肌瓣修复治疗,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果经过手术治疗后,所有患者的上唇唇珠形态得到了明显改善,手术区域没有形成明显的瘢痕组织。结论对于单侧唇裂继发唇珠缺失患者,带蒂唇红黏膜肌瓣修复治疗具有操作简单、疗效显著等特点,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of pedicled lip-red mucosal muscle flap in the repair of unilateral cleft lip defect. Methods From May 2010 to May 2013, 25 patients with unilateral cleft lip secondary to cleft lip treated by our hospital were treated with flap lip red mucosal muscle flap, and their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results After surgery, the morphology of the upper lip and lip of all patients was significantly improved, and no obvious scar tissue was formed in the operation area. Conclusions For the patients with unilateral cleft lip missing, the pedicled lip red mucosa flap has the advantages of simple operation and significant curative effect, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
