在法律专业中知识产权法已经形成了一门独立的课程,并且是核心课程,由此可见,知识产权法教学对学生知识产权制度的学习及应用有着重要意义。文章总结了实际教学中知识产权法课程的特点,并结合经验提出几点提高知识产权法教学有效性的策略。
In the legal profession, intellectual property law has formed an independent curriculum and is a core curriculum. Thus it can be seen that the teaching of intellectual property law is of great significance to the study and application of the student intellectual property system. The article summarizes the characteristics of the course of intellectual property law in practical teaching and puts forward some strategies to improve the teaching effectiveness of intellectual property law based on experience.
