针对油气田开发学科研究生的在校学习状况和毕业后工作中遇到的问题,结合近年来在研究生创新实践能力培养的经验,本文对提高研究生的创新实践能力的培养模式进行了总结分析。在研究生创新实践能力培养中充分利用油田资源,研究生与油田专家协同工作,以油田生产中遇到的科研难题为研究对象,学校导师和油田专家共同指导,规范过程管理,强化创新机制,大大提高了学生的创新能力、实践能力,使研究生毕业后迅速适应油田岗位的需要,为油田开发做出积极的贡献。
