稿件数量充足是期刊按时连续出版的保障,优秀稿件是科技期刊的生命之源。对于科技期刊而言,维持稿件储备的稳定是期刊赖以生存和长足发展的基本保障。在媒体融合模式下,传统的单纯依靠自由投稿的方式已渐趋弱化。以《中国肿瘤临床》为例,探索科技期刊编辑如何从媒体融合定义出发,充分利用和整合本刊资源,采用电话、电子信函、参加学术会议、微信和网站等媒体融合方式约稿,以弥补自由投稿数量有限、质量不足的缺憾,积极获取优秀稿件。笔者基于本刊现况,从约稿前期工作、物色优秀及潜在作者、约稿实施方案和约稿后续工作等方面总结了发展经验。本文旨在为媒体融合模式下科技期刊如何获取优秀稿件及实现期刊稿源可持续发展提供新的思路。
The sufficient number of manuscripts is the guarantee that journals are published on time and in a timely manner. Excellent manuscripts are the source of the life of journals. For scientific journals, maintaining the stability of manuscript reserves is the basic guarantee for the survival and rapid development of journals. In the mode of media integration, the traditional way of relying solely on free submission has gradually weakened. Taking “Cancer Oncology of China” as an example, this paper explores how editors of sci-tech periodicals can start from the definition of media convergence, make full use of and integrate with our resources, and make use of telephone, e-mail, participation in academic conferences, WeChat, Free submission of a limited number of defects in quality, and actively obtain excellent manuscripts. Based on the current situation of this journal, the author summarizes the development experience from the preliminary work of the draft, the identification of outstanding and potential authors, the implementation plan of the draft contract, and the follow-up work of the draft contract. The purpose of this article is to provide a new way for sci-tech periodicals to obtain excellent manuscripts and realize the sustainable development of periodical sources.
