目的观察海马突触在血管性痴呆发病机制中的作用及复方丹参滴丸对其影响。方法制备血管性痴呆大鼠模型,用复方丹参滴丸治疗,电镜下观察海马突触结构,western blot法测定海马突触蛋白Ⅰ的表达。结果复方丹参滴丸改善了血管性痴呆大鼠海马突触结构,促进了血管性痴呆大鼠海马突触蛋白Ⅰ表达。结论复方丹参滴丸具有改善血管性痴呆大鼠海马突触结构和突触蛋白Ⅰ表达的治疗作用。
Objective To observe the role of hippocampal synapses in the pathogenesis of vascular dementia and the effect of compound Danshen dripping pills on it. Methods Vascular dementia rat model was prepared and treated with Compound Danshen Dripping Pill. The hippocampal synapse structure was observed under electron microscope. The expression of synaptophysin Ⅰ in hippocampus was detected by western blot. Results Compound Danshen Dripping Pill could improve synaptic structure of hippocampus in vascular dementia rats and promote the expression of synaptophysin Ⅰ in hippocampus of rats with vascular dementia. Conclusion Compound Danshen Dripping Pills can improve the synaptic structure and the therapeutic effect of synaptophysin Ⅰ in hippocampus of vascular dementia rats.
