当今我国正处于社会转型期,随着改革开放的不断深入和市场经济体制的确立,人口流动现象是社会发展的必然结果,是社会进步和生产力发展的表现。然而,流动人口犯罪呈现增长趋势,成为危害社会稳定的重大隐患。文章从法律的角度简述流动人口犯罪的成因,并对其特点和防控对策作简要论述。
At present, our country is in a period of social transition. With the continuous deepening of reform and opening up and the establishment of a market economy, the phenomenon of population flow is the inevitable result of social development and the manifestation of social progress and the development of productive forces. However, the crime of floating population shows an increasing trend and becomes a major hazard endangering social stability. The article briefly describes the causes of the crime of floating population from a legal point of view, and briefly discusses its characteristics and prevention and control measures.
