By 2020 China will become an independent innovation country, and enterprises should also become the main body of independent innovation. To achieve this strategic goal means that undergraduate education in higher engineering in our country will cultivate a large number of scientists and technicians who can accomplish the tasks of independent innovation for factories and enterprises in the next ten years or more
