岗位廉政教育是深化新形势下反腐倡廉教育,切实增强教育针对性和有效性的有力之举,是新时期拓展从源头上防止腐败、建立廉政教育长效机制的创新举措。尤其对于基层单位来讲,岗位廉政教育是加强党风廉政建设、提高干部职工廉政风险防范意识和能力的有效抓手和载体,必须在探索中创新,在创新中发展,把这项工作抓紧抓好,抓出实效。笔者认为,基层单位要发挥岗位廉政教育的现实功能,具体操作时应注意把握以下三个方面。
