据新华网调查报道,当前我国社会消费结构中出现了特有的“富人低消费”现象,有钱人低消费,想消费的又没钱,这是与国家宏观经济扩大内需的政策预期完全相悖的,富人手中持有的货币不能有效地转化为推动消费升级的购买力。笔者以为,消费结构中缺少中等收入群体的消费推进和拉动是富人“持币观望”的心理源头,中产阶级缺位的消费环境
