1 病历摘要患者男,64岁。因龟头红斑半年,于2015年9月来我科就诊。患者半年前无明显诱因龟头出现红斑,无自觉症状,未经诊治,病灶逐渐增大。既往体健,个人史及家族史无特殊。体格检查:系统检查均正常。皮肤科检查:龟头处一2 cm×2 cm鲜红色斑片,境界较为清楚(图1A),无糜烂、触痛及浸润感。双侧腹股沟浅表淋巴结未触及增大。实验室及辅助检查:血常规正常,梅毒螺旋体颗
1 medical record Summary Male patient, 64 years old. Due to glaucoma for six months, in September 2015 to our department. Six months ago, there was no obvious incentive for glans erythema, no symptoms, without treatment, lesions gradually increased. Past physical health, personal history and family history no special. Physical examination: systematic examination are normal. Dermatology examination: a glaucoma 2 cm × 2 cm bright red patches, the realm is more clear (Figure 1A), no erosion, tenderness and infiltration. The bilateral inguinal superficial lymph nodes did not touch increased. Laboratory and auxiliary examination: normal blood, Treponema pallidum
