目的探讨高压氧治疗职业性噪声聋(ONID)的临床疗效。方法对64例ONID患者进行高压氧治疗20 d,于治疗终结时或每1疗程后对患者的听力进行纯音电测听检查,记录并分析患者听力的改善情况。结果 64例患者的治疗总有效率为76.56%。轻、中度患者的有效率(94.12%、89.66%)明显优于重度患者(38.89%,P<0.05);病程<1年、～5年患者的有效率(93.33%、85.71%)明显优于～10年(71.43%)及>10年患者(14.29%,P<0.05)。结论ONID患者应尽早治疗,高压氧治疗ONID的临床疗效显著,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of hyperbaric oxygen on occupational noise-induced deafness (ONID). Methods Totally 64 patients with ONID were treated with hyperbaric oxygen for 20 days. The patient’s hearing was measured by pure tone audiometry at the end of treatment or after every course of treatment. The improvement of hearing was recorded and analyzed. Results The total effective rate of 64 patients was 76.56%. The effective rates (94.12%, 89.66%) in patients with mild to moderate disease were significantly better than those in severe patients (38.89%, P <0.05). The effective rates (93.33%, 85.71% In ~ 10 years (71.43%) and> 10 years (14.29%, P <0.05). Conclusion ONID patients should be treated as soon as possible, hyperbaric oxygen treatment of ONID significant clinical effect, it is worth clinical promotion.
