In order to continuously promote the implementation of open access various implementing policies, practical programs and practical activities in our long-term sustainable development, the 2013 (2nd) National Open Week of Access Weekly Seminars will continue in China from October 21 to 23, 2013 The National Science Library of the Academy of Sciences hosts the conference. The conference is led by the National Science Library of the Chinese Academy of Sciences / the Promotion Group of Chinese Institutional Repositories and co-sponsored with the Librarianship of the Professional Librarians of the Library Society of China and the Editorial Work of Natural Science Journals of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.
