文章吸收社会科学领域的三大理论基础:现代化理论、新制度主义理论、人力资本理论,在分别对高职教育发展变迁以不同理论视角阐释的基础上,利用社会、经济、文化三要素具有的超越历史、地域和时代的普遍解释力,提出内在动力:高职教育在服务社会中发生模式演变、适应发展;高职教育在适应本国实际中形成模式特色、互进发展;高职教育与社会经济互动中寻求变革。构建了能够说明高等职业教育发展模式变迁的整体性分析框架。
The article absorbs three theoretical foundations in the field of social sciences: modernization theory, neo-institutionalism theory and human capital theory.
