核医学评价心功能的方法,可分为①时间资料,即时间放射性曲线(心放射图,RCG)分析;②空间资料,即心肌闪烁图分析;③空间和时间结合的资料,即放射性核素心血管造影的分析等三种。心放射图(RCG):由静脉注射~(99m)Tc-白蛋白和RISA,用对准心脏部位的探头进行记录,便得到经右心→肺→左心的时间放射性曲线,即心放射图。表1列入静息时RCG的正常值。RCG可提供心肺的血流量和容积资料。
