三江源区土壤有机碳含量空间分布研究对于全球气候变化下区域碳循环研究具有重要意义。文章以三江源区玉树县为研究区,在GIS的支持下,基于土样有机碳测试结果,利用Kriging插值方法得到土壤有机碳含量空间分布,在此基础上分析了玉树县土壤有机碳含量空间分布的主要影响因子。结果表明:西北部的隆宝滩湿地自然保护区及其周围区域土壤有机碳含量最高,达到了90 g/kg以上;玉树县结古镇、仲达乡及通天河附近为26.5~45 g/kg;巴塘乡西部、下拉秀乡西南部及周边区域集中在50~75 g/kg。玉树县土壤有机碳含量空间分布主要受到环境因子、土壤类型及土地利用/土地覆被类型等因素的综合影响,其中环境因子是影响土壤有机碳空间分布的主导因子,土壤类型和土地利用/土地覆被类型的影响在空间上表现不明显。
