问: 我在勘探队做钳工工作,我们的设备非常少,特别是氧气瓶,只有几只,不能满足工作上的需要。据技术人员说,这东西不好做,特别是材料无法解决。我想用φ168毫米、厚约10毫米的无缝钢管(是国产的,钻探用)做,但不知道能承受多少压力,希你们在百忙中抽暇解决一下。我想如果它能承受50~60大气压就行了。如果此物不妥的话,有别的办法也希介绍。辽宁省103勘探队梁俊明答: 梁俊明同志所提出的问题,的确是目前一个薄弱环节。我国目前尚不能大量生产氧气瓶以满足各方面的需要,如果能自己想办法来解决最好,我厂从前也遇到过这样情况。用无缝钢管自制是完全可行的,虽不是十全十美,但可解决问题。是否有其他更好办法,希望大家研究。现在从下述几方面来阐明氧气瓶的制造与计算:
