由于受到加工精度的影响,机床各传动部分的实际精度与理想精度之间存在一定的差距。当加工精度要求不高时,微小的传动误差不影响加工精度,但随着加工要求的不断提高,传动误差对加工的影响会越来越明显,因此对误差补偿技术的探讨就显得越来越重要。本文从使用角度出发,重点探讨了采用AT89C51型单片机控制的砂轮磨损检测、修整方案。
Due to the influence of the machining accuracy, there is a certain gap between the actual accuracy and the ideal accuracy of the transmission parts of the machine tool. When the machining accuracy is not high, the tiny transmission error does not affect the machining accuracy. However, with the continuous improvement of the machining requirements, the influence of the transmission error on the machining will become more and more obvious.
