2008年开篇伊始,本刊特邀中国社会科学院拉丁美洲研究所所长助理、经济室主任吴国平,政治室主任袁东振,社会文化室主任刘纪新,国际关系室主任贺双荣,分别从经济、政治、社会和国际关系4个方面解读2007年的拉美形势,概括和分析拉美形势的特点、问题和挑战,及时总结拉美各国在政治、经济、社会发展以及对外交往中的经验教训,研究拉美地区出现的新情况新问题。4位学者的研究视角不同,但观点鲜明、分析入微,更重要的是,4位学者为我们提供了分析问题的方法、角度,有助于我们更准确、深入、全面地认识拉美形势,也有助于我们判断拉美的未来走势。
