试验以粳稻新型细胞质印水型不育系辽粳6A、辽粳10A、65A、139A等为基础材料,以包台型不育系辽粳6A、辽粳10A、65A、139A为对照;选用C382、晚轮422、野粳恢、C2106等恢复系为测验测配亲本,研究新型细胞质不育系的花粉败育类型、开花习性、异交结实等特性,并探讨在不同细胞质作用下,杂交组合在株高、穗数、穗长、实粒数、总粒数、结实率、千粒重、单穴谷重等方面的遗传效应,探讨不同细胞质在粳稻杂种优势利用中的遗传规律,为北方粳稻有效利用新型细胞质资源及配制新型杂交粳稻组合奠定基础。
In the present study, Liaojing 6A, Liaojing 10A, 65A and 139A were selected as the control materials for the new cytoplasmic male sterile lines of japonica rice (Liaojing 6A, Liaojing 10A, 65A and 139A) , Wannong 422, Wild Japonica, C2106 and other restorer lines were used as test-matching parents to study the pollen abortion types, flowering habits, outcrossing and other characteristics of new cytoplasmic male sterile lines.
