现今,社会发展日新月异,促使我国经济模式从根本上发生变革,衍生出经济新常态,这对人力资源和社会保障工作产生较大影响,并对此类工作的展开提出新的要求。本文以人力资源和社会保障工作为核心,展开经济新常态对其的影响研究,在此基础上探寻经济新常态对人力资源和社会保障工作提出的具体要求,并给出相关解决措施,以期促进经济新常态与人力资源和社会保障工作的协同发展。
Nowadays, with the rapid development of society, the fundamental changes in our economic model have taken shape and a new economic normal has emerged. This has a great impact on human resources and social security work, and has put forward new requirements for the commencement of such work.
