大学毕业留校任教至今已近35年,除了“文革”期间外,我一直耕耘在教学第一线上。近几年,由于工作需要,在旁听了我系数十位教师的课堂讲授之后,深感改进教学方法,提高课堂效率是教师义不容辞的首要任务,在这方面我有如下几点体会。深刻理解课程内容是讲好一门课的前提条件,其道理是不言而喻的。但是在实践中并不是人人都对所授内容有了深刻的了解和全面掌握之后才上讲台的。因此表现出有的同志讲不清各章、节之间的内在联系,掌握不住各章的重点和难点,语言表达不准确,
It has been nearly 35 years since my university graduated to teach at university. In addition to the “Cultural Revolution” period, I have been working hard on the first line of teaching. In recent years, due to work needs, after listening to the lectures of ten teachers of my coefficient, I deeply felt the need to improve teaching methods and improve classroom efficiency. This is an indispensable task for teachers. I have the following experience in this respect. A deep understanding of the content of the course is a prerequisite for speaking a good lesson. The reason is self-evident. However, in practice, not everyone has had a deep understanding of the content they have taught and a full grasp. Therefore, some comrades who showed that they could not understand the internal links between chapters and festivals, could not grasp the key points and difficulties of each chapter, and their language expression was inaccurate.
