本文针对经济发展战略选择(比较优势战略或赶超战略)的争论,通过测度各省区经济发展与比较优势的偏离(吻合)情况,检验这种偏离与经济增长的速度、稳定性和质量之间是否存在某种联系。通过分析后指出我国省区的经济增长模式在遵循比较优势方面并不一致,有些省区比较符合比较优势的发展战略,有些省区比较符合逆比较优势的发展战略。各省区之间所选择发展模式的相对不同可部分解释各省区经济增长速度和波动存在的差异。
This paper examines the debate about the economic development strategy choices (comparative advantage strategy or catch-up strategy) and examines the differences (coincidences) between economic development and comparative advantages in various provinces and autonomous regions to examine the relationship between this deviation and the speed, stability and quality of economic growth Is there a connection? After analyzing, it points out that the pattern of economic growth in our province is not consistent in following the comparative advantage. Some provinces and regions are more in line with the comparative advantage development strategy and some provinces and regions are more in line with the counter-comparative advantage development strategy. The relative differences in the modes of development chosen among provinces and autonomous regions can partly explain the differences in the rates of economic growth and fluctuations in various provinces and autonomous regions.
