通过试验研究和工程实践,提出了一套适用于埋地旧管线增施阴极保护的技术。联合采用变频选频法、包覆试验和馈电试验,结合对旧管道的涂层状况和钢管状况进行检测和评估,综合性地确定所需保护电流密度和阴极保护设计。对城市埋地旧管线实施阴极保护改造的一些工程实践证明,这些方法和技术是有效的和可行的。本文对阴极保护工程实践中的几个关键技术进行了讨论,并再次提出电绝缘是埋地旧管线实施阴极保护改造的必要条件之一,应确保其可靠性和提供技术保障。就埋地管线阴极保护工程技术提出了几个正在研究的技术发展问题并进行了讨论。
Through the experimental research and engineering practice, a set of techniques for cathodic protection of buried pipeline was proposed. Joint use of frequency conversion frequency method, coating test and feed test, combined with the coating of the old pipe and the status of the steel pipe to detect and assess the comprehensive determination of the required protection current density and cathodic protection design. Some engineering practices on cathodic protection of old buried pipelines in cities have proved that these methods and techniques are effective and feasible. In this paper, several key technologies of cathodic protection engineering are discussed, and once again, it is proposed that electrical insulation is one of the necessary conditions for the implementation of cathodic protection in old buried pipeline. It is necessary to ensure its reliability and provide technical support. Several technical problems under development are discussed and discussed on the engineering of buried pipeline cathodic protection.
