本文用稳态VEP的方法对正常儿童(54人)、成人(14人)的对比敏感度函数进行了研究,主要结果如下:(1)6~8岁组与9~12岁组比较或9~12岁组与成人组比较,低空间频率区的CSF未见显著性差异;而在高空间频率区,9~12岁组的CSF显著高于6~8岁组和成人组。提示正常儿童低空间频率区的CSF在6岁前可能已发育成熟;而中、高空间频率区的CSF在12岁前可能随年龄的增长而增加。(2)比较不同性别儿童的CSF表明,除空间频率为2.910c/deg时,男性的CSF略高于女性外(P>0.05),其它空间频率下女性的CSF略高于男性,且在空间频率为8.750c/deg时可见显著性差异(P<0.05)。(3)对主眼与非主眼的CSF及左眼与右眼CSF进行比较时,未见显著性差异。
