高效的造价成本控制需要针对建设工程项目时的各个阶段,开展动态化成本把控,及时发现在建设过程中存在的财务问题,起到实现节约项目成本、提高工程项目效益的作用。在工程项目实施的过程中,造价成本控制的作用不容质疑,但有很多造价人员并不真正清楚如何进行管控、从何种方面入手。基于此,本文就从工程项目各阶段入手,对不同阶段的成本造价管控要点展开解析。
Efficient cost cost control needs to focus on the various stages of the construction of the project, to carry out dynamic cost control, and timely detection of the financial problems in the construction process, play the role of saving project costs and improving the efficiency of the project.
