目的：研究制定香连丸药粉在辐照前后的变化情况，利用钴60对其以不同剂量照射，并对药粉辐照前后的外观性状、微生物检测、含量测定等质量变化进行比较研究。方法观测药粉外观性状的变化，钴60辐射灭菌效果；采用高效液相法对木香进行含量测定。结果经过一定剂量辐照后药粉外观无明显变化、灭菌效果好、药粉有效成分无显著变化。结论该药粉在一定剂量范围内是可以利用辐照来灭菌的，其质量不会改变。“,”Objective In order to study and establish the changes of the Xianglianwan powder before and after irradiation ,we use Co-60 to irradiate with different dosage and comparative study on the quality changes of the External Properties, Microbiological Tests, Content Determination before and after irradiation. Method We observe changes of the External Properties and the Sterilization Effect of Co-60.We use the HPLC method to determinate the contention of the Radix Aucklandiae. Results We find no significant changes in powder ingredients and External Property after irradiation in a certain dosage, with a good Sterilization Effect. Conclusion The powder can be radio-sterilized in a certain dosage range, without changes in quality.
