颅痛宁注射液为我院附属医院制剂室试制的治疗三叉神经痛的复方制剂,主要有川芎和毕拔两味中药,用水醇法制成灭菌注射液。药理实验证明有镇痛作用,临床观察发现对治疗三叉神经确有一定的疗效。在此基础上,我们对颅痛宁注射液进行了研究。由文献①得知,北京制药工业研究所从川芎(Ligusticum Wal lichii Franch)根茎中分离得到四甲基吡嗪(Tetramethylpyrazine简称TMP)为无色针状结晶,溶点为80～82℃,在室温易升四甲基吡嗪和胡椒碱的结构如下:
Tulatongning injection is a compound preparation for the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia produced by the preparation room of the affiliated hospital of our hospital.
