企业战略联盟是房地产全球化的 竞争模式。战略联盟的概念最早由美 国DEC公司总裁简·霍普兰德提出, 它是以共同占领市场、合作开发技术 等为目标所建立的并非一定是独立的 公司实体。简言之,当某个机会来临, 联盟成员方便合力而战,甚至有时双 方或多方竟没有合同法律约束。今 天,“为竞争而合作,靠合作来竞争” 的新联盟含义正在被房地产发展商所 接纳。现代城开发商潘石屹说得好: “国内房地产市场远未到此消彼长的 地步,所以有合作的前景。”
Enterprise strategic alliance is the competition mode of real estate globalization. The concept of strategic alliances was first proposed by Jane Hopeland, president of DEC, the United States. It is not necessarily an independent corporate entity that is established for the purpose of jointly capturing the market and collaboratively developing technologies. In short, when an opportunity comes, the coalition members facilitate the fight together, and sometimes even two or more parties do not have contract law constraints. Today, the new coalition of “cooperation for competition and competition by cooperation” is being accepted by real estate developers. Modern city developer Pan Shiyi put it well: “The domestic real estate market is far from overwhelmed, so there is a prospect of cooperation.”
