运用传热传质学理论及生物特性技术等研究了蔬菜种子等材料的干燥机理 ,通过固定床实验进一步印证了理论 ,建立了合理的干燥机制 .并介绍了新研制的优质高效红外辐射热风振动流化双循环干燥机 .用实验结果和性能参数说明了该机特别适合蔬菜种子的干燥 ,同时也能满足其他类似材料干燥的要求
The drying mechanism of vegetable seeds and other materials was studied by the theory of heat and mass transfer, the biological characteristics and so on. The theory was further confirmed by fixed bed experiments and a reasonable drying mechanism was established. The newly developed high-efficiency and high-efficiency infrared radiation hot air vibration Fluidized double cycle dryer.Experimental results and performance parameters show that the machine is especially suitable for the drying of vegetable seeds as well as the drying requirements of other similar materials
