由于不完全性心房内传导阻滞引起P波改变类似间歇性预激症候群所致的“手风琴样”效应国内罕见报道,现将我们遇到的1例报告如下。患者男性,58岁。高血压病已13年,冠心病5年。体检:BP210/110,心率125次/分,律不齐,偶有早搏,心音低钝,无明显杂音,心界向左扩大。二肺正常,胸片示:左室扩大,右房不大。心电图诊断:窦性心动过速,不完全性心房内(结间束)传导阻滞引起P波变化类似“手风琴样”效应,房性早搏,室性早搏,ST-T改变。
Due to incomplete atrial conduction block caused by P wave changes similar to the “accordion” effect of intermittent prefrontalist syndrome rarely seen in China, now we encounter a report as follows. Male patient, 58 years old. Hypertension has been 13 years, 5 years of coronary heart disease. Physical examination: BP210 / 110, heart rate 125 beats / min, irregular arrhythmia, occasional premature beats, low heart sounds blunt, no obvious noise, the heart of the left to expand. Two lungs normal, chest X-ray showed: left ventricular enlargement, right atrium is not large. ECG Diagnosis: Sinus tachycardia, incomplete atrial (intercavity) block caused P wave changes similar to “accordion-like” effects, atrial premature beats, premature ventricular contractions, ST-T changes.
