患者朱××,男性,14岁,汉族。右眼外伤1月、伴视力下降1周入院。查体:视力右0.3、左1.0,右眼下睑有3.5×3×2cm的皮下肿块,色暗红,中等硬度,下睑轻度外翻,右眼底部水肿。自述3岁时曾在西安市儿童医院诊断为“甲型血友病”。1992年10月24日在局麻下行右侧面部血肿清除术,手术顺利,术中完整取出已机化的血肿包膜和内部的凝血块,给予明胶海棉填压伤口,绷带加压包扎。术后第2d,患者伤口处渗血约100ml,右侧面部淤血水肿,呈暗紫色,给予明胶海棉加压包扎,肌注止血敏500mg,输新鲜全血300ml。术后第9d,患者自述右侧面部胀感明显,换药见右侧面部高度肿胀,有肿块如鸡蛋大,皮肤呈深紫色,表皮溃烂,有少
