患女,41岁。以左上腹不适,疼痛3月,加重半月之主拆入院。3月前无明原因出现左上腹不适,疼痛.半月前开始加重。B 超检查提示有“脾肿瘤”而入院,既往体健。入院查体:无贫血及黄疸,浅表淋巴结不大.左上腹脾区压痛(+),反跳痛(-)。脾肋下3cm,质中、移动性浊音(-)。B 超及CT 检查均证实脾脏上部偏内侧可见有4.9cm×3.9cm 及2.5cm×2.4cm 两个相邻肿块。疑为脾肿瘤。
Female, 41 years old. To the left upper quadrant discomfort, pain in March, increased half of the demolition of the hospital. 3 months ago, there was no obvious reason for left upper quadrant discomfort, pain. B-ultrasound prompts a “splenic tumor” and admitted to hospital, previous physical health. Admission examination: no anemia and jaundice, superficial lymph nodes is not large. Left upper quadrant spleen tenderness (+), rebound tenderness (-). Spleen ribs 3cm, quality, mobility dullness (-). B ultrasound and CT examination confirmed that the upper part of the spleen can be seen in the medial with 4.9cm × 3.9cm and 2.5cm × 2.4cm two adjacent lumps. Suspected spleen tumors.
