1989年4月～1996年4月收治上尿路结石1482例，其中采用ESWL治疗1370例，开放手术112例。回顾性分析上尿路结石ESWL失败原因与开放手术治疗的适应征，认为开放手术在尿石症治疗中仍有不可取代的重要位置。
From April 1989 to April 1996, 1,482 upper urinary tract stones were treated, of which 1370 were treated with ESWL and 112 were open surgery. Retrospective analysis of the causes of failure of upper urinary calculi ESWL and the indications of open surgery, open surgery in the treatment of urolithiasis still have an irreplaceable important position.
