高校班级是大学生生活学习的最基层组织,是大学生思想政治教育的最基本的一线集体,党员是班集体中优秀成员的代表,党支部在低年级是专业乃至年级的最优秀成员的合集,在高年级则是班级最优秀成员的合集,班级管理和班级建设在大学生成才、成人中承担着很重要的责任,而作为最优人才合集存在的党支部,在班级管理和建设中所起到的作用同样是不可忽视的,如何让党支部在班级建设和班级管理上发挥其最大作用,具有很大的研究意义和价值。
