我公司新建平炉车间盛钢桶用衬砖原采用‘全耐’规定之标准型砖。砖之技术条件为: 1.生熟料比为15:85之多熟料砖; 2.手工成型烧成温度1430℃; 3.砖之主要理化性能:Al_2O_3 43—45％;气孔率<22％。但因盛钢桶并非按标准设计,因此使用标准型砖砌筑颇感不便,砌不圆,砍砖多,砖缝大,直缝长,使用情况极为恶劣,砖缝浸蚀厉害,使用寿命平均为9.5次(12次统计资料平均每次浇沸腾钢3.83次,镇静钢5.67次)。衬砖之单位耗用量,每吨钢为10公斤。
