住房是百姓生存的基本条件。但我国70%的家庭处于中低收入水平,他们中的一些不能完全通过自身的力量改变其无房、危房、拥挤等住房紧缺的状况,这就需要政府通过“有形之手”对其提供帮助。经济适用房是我国住房保障制度中的一个重要部分,在国内一些城市已取得了一定程度的发展。所以本文通过对经济适用房的运行现状的探索,从完成投资额、新开工面积、销售面积和销售价格等几个方面进行实证研究,总结分析我国经济适用房的实行现状及存在的问题。
Housing is the basic conditions for people’s survival. However, 70% of our families are at low and middle incomes and some of them can not completely change their homelessness, dilapidation and overcrowding by their own strength, which requires the government to “impose” provide help. Affordable housing is an important part of China’s housing security system, and some cities in China have achieved some degree of development. Therefore, through the exploration of the current situation of affordable housing, this paper conducts an empirical study from several aspects such as the amount of investment, newly started area, sales area and sales price, and summarizes the current situation and existing problems of affordable housing in our country.
