关于辛亥革命研究的论著可谓汗牛充栋,然而由于资料缺乏等原因,具体论述各省军政府的文章却很少,以致人们对各省军政府的情况大多不甚了解。革命的根本问题是政权问题,一个政权的性质,在很大程度上能反映这场革命的性质。对辛亥革命是不是资产阶级民主革命这一问题,国内外史学家至今仍然见仁见智。加强辛亥革命时期各省军政府的研究,对解决这场革命的性质问题显然有很大帮助。本文依据新发掘的民初广东报刊的史料,对在广东政坛上活跃了近两年的广东军政府,作一较全面、深入的考察,以期从它的机构组成、内外政策及其为建立民主共和制度的实践活动等方
However, due to the lack of information and other reasons, there are few articles that specifically discuss military administrations of various provinces, so that most people do not know much about the situation of the military administrations in various provinces. The fundamental issue of revolution is the issue of political power. The nature of a political power can largely reflect the nature of the revolution. The Revolution of 1911 is not a bourgeois-democratic revolution, and historians at home and abroad still have different opinions. Strengthening the study of the junta in various provinces during the period of the Revolution of 1911 will obviously be very helpful in resolving the nature of this revolution. Based on the newly discovered historical materials of the Guangdong press in the early Republic of China, this paper makes a more comprehensive and in-depth study of the Guangdong military government which has been active in Guangdong’s political arena for nearly two years with a view to reviewing its institutional composition, internal and external policies, Republican system of practical activities and other parties
