目的:对采自中国南海的粗疣棘柳珊瑚(AcanthogorgiavagaeAurivillius)的化学成分进行进一步研究,从中寻找有生物活性的次生代谢产物。方法:用硅胶柱层析和凝胶柱层析对粗疣棘柳珊瑚的乙醚提取物进行分离纯化;根据其化学性质,结合现代波谱技术(MS,NMR等),对得到的化合物进行结构鉴定。结果:分离得到2个十碳环倍半萜和3个十四碳环二萜化合物,其结构分别鉴定为:germacrone(1),15-乙酰氧基-fra-nodiene(2),(-)-(1R,2E,4Z,7E,11E)-cembra-2,4,7,11-tetrene(3),thunbergol(4)及其C4-对映异构体(5)。结论:这些化合物均系首次从该属珊瑚中分离得到,并首次对化合物(-)-(1R,2E,4Z,7E,11E)-cembra-2,4,7,11-tetrene(3)氢谱数据进行了全归属。另外,对文献报道的germacrone(1)的部分氢谱数据进行了重新归属。
OBJECTIVE: To study the chemical constituents of Acanthogorgia vagae Aurivillius collected from the South China Sea and find biologically active secondary metabolites. METHODS: The ether extracts of Corylus canadensis were separated and purified by silica gel column chromatography and gel column chromatography. According to their chemical properties, combined with modern spectroscopic techniques (MS, NMR, etc.), the structures of the obtained compounds were identified. . RESULTS: Two decacyclic sesquiterpenoids and three tetradecane-carbocyclic diterpenoids were isolated and their structures were identified as: germacrone(1), 15-acetyloxy-fra-nodiene(2),(-) -(1R,2E,4Z,7E,11E)-cembra-2,4,7,11-tetrene(3), thunbergol(4) and its C4- enantiomer (5). Conclusion: These compounds were isolated from this genus for the first time, and for the first time compound (-)-(1R,2E,4Z,7E,11E)-cembra-2,4,7,11-tetrene(3) hydrogen Spectral data are fully attributed. In addition, the partial hydrogen spectrum data of germacrone(1) reported in the literature were re-attributed.
