农民工的工伤医疗保障问题是国家十分关注并想方设法要解决的重大问题之一。本文从农民工目前工伤医疗保障存在的问题出发,阐述农民工工伤医疗保障制度不健全带来的危害,并基于此提出有针对性的措施。
The issue of migrant workers’ work-related injury and medical security is one of the major issues that the country is concerned about and finds ways and means to solve. Based on the existing problems of migrant workers’ medical insurance, this article elaborates the harm caused by the unsound medical insurance system of migrant workers, and puts forward some measures based on it.
