目的采用紫外分光光度法测定普乐安片中的总黄酮。方法以芦丁为对照品,Na NO2-Al(Cl3)为显色剂,在510 nm处测定吸光度,计算总黄酮的含量。结果芦丁的线性范围为3.959~47.508μg·m L-1(r=0.9993,n=7);平均回收率为99.1%,RSD=0.3%(n=6)。结论所用方法重复性好,结果准确。
Objective To determine the total flavonoids in Puroconazole tablets by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. Methods Rutin was used as a reference substance, NaNO2-Al (Cl3) was used as a color reagent, absorbance was measured at 510 nm, and the content of total flavonoids was calculated. Results The linear range of rutin was 3.959 ~ 47.508μg · m L-1 (r = 0.9993, n = 7). The average recovery was 99.1% and RSD was 0.3% (n = 6). Conclusion The method used has good repeatability and accurate result.
