河南省扶贫开发重点县濮阳县县委、政府及一些县直机关竞相建起豪华办公楼、高档住宅的问题近日被媒体曝光,引起社会广泛关注。3月1日《新京报》发表中国社科院财贸所博士李华罡的文章认为,贫困县建豪华楼屡屡曝光,说明这些贫困地区的官员并没有把老百姓的利益放在第一位,也没有把国家三令五申的规定放在心上。简单地处理官员似乎并不能从根本上遏制这种奢侈之风,从建楼经费来源上找原因、扎紧制度的篱笆,才是根本之策。
