掌握学术期刊在微信公众平台方面的供需状态,挖掘现存问题,为纸质媒体与新媒体融合发展提供可借鉴的参考意见。选取533种CSSCI(2014—2015)来源期刊与人文社科科研人员为调研对象,以手机搜索与问卷发放为调研方法,获取607份调研问卷,建立数据库,使用SPSS21.0软件对数据进行处理与分析。所调研期刊中仅有164种开通了微信公众平台;期刊微信公众平台存在许多问题,如与科技期刊的表现差异较大,供需不均衡,功能设计不合理且偏离用户需求,缺乏运营理念等。人文社科类学术期刊需要加快发展微信公众平台,既要借鉴科技期刊的经验,也要突显自身特色与定位,更要迎合用户需求。
Grasp the status of supply and demand of academic periodicals in WeChat public platform and tap existing problems so as to provide reference for the fusion development of paper media and new media. 533 CSSCI (2014-2015) source journals and humanities and social science researchers were selected as the research object, and 607 questionnaires were obtained from mobile phone search and questionnaire survey. The database was set up and the data were processed using SPSS21.0 software. analysis. Only 164 of the journals under investigation opened the WeChat public platform; there are many problems in the WeChat public platform of the journal. For example, there are many problems with the performance of the sci-tech periodical, such as the disparity in supply and demand, the unbalanced function design, deviation from user needs and lack of operation philosophy. Humanities and social science academic journals need to speed up the development of WeChat public platform, it is necessary to learn from the experience of science and technology journals, but also to highlight its own characteristics and positioning, but also to meet user needs.
