患者彭×,男性,35岁,山西长治人。门诊号13935,于1960年3月3日来院求治。因左侧鼻堵、流血性脓涕10余年,曾点药治疗无效。近一年来左侧鼻堵加重,劳动及睡眠时觉有气急,故来院治疗。检查:左侧鼻粘膜呈紫红色,鼻道内积有血性脓涕,清洁后见下鼻道有褐色鼻石堵塞。×线检查:左下鼻道有不透光阴影,其下方有一单尖牙,根位于上颌骨门齿孔左侧,根管明晰。口腔牙列整齐,无缺牙。局部麻醉下取出鼻石,拔除鼻腔齿。见下鼻道粘膜溃烂,给局部处理。鼻石重2.5克,齿为单尖切牙,长1.4cm,齿根完整。半年随访鼻通气良
