目前 ,青岛地区一般建筑物的外墙作法为２４０ｍｍ厚粘土实心砖墙内外各抹２０ｍｍ厚水泥砂浆。根据《民用建筑热工设计规范》（ＧＢ５０１７６-９３）和《民用建筑节能设计标准（采暖居住建筑部分）》（ＪＧＪ２６-９５） ,青岛地区房屋的最小传热阻值为０．４４（ｍ２·Ｋ）
At present, the exterior wall of a typical building in Qingdao is made of a 20-mm-thick cement mortar inside and outside a 240mm-thick clay solid brick wall. According to “Code for Design of Thermal Engineering for Civil Buildings” (GB50176-93) and “Design Standard for Energy-saving Construction of Civil Buildings” (JGJ26-95), the minimum heat transfer resistance of houses in Qingdao is 0.44 (m2· K)
