基于系统论思想,结合建设工程管理实践经验,采用系统分析方法,提出技术、资源、关系和信息是建设工程紧缩工期管理系统的4个子系统,揭示了4个子系统及要素间相互关系,提出了4个子系统管理原则,构建了系统管理框架,并对每个系统要素提出了具体管理措施。
Based on the theory of system theory, combined with the practical experience of construction project management, using the method of system analysis, it is proposed that technology, resources, relationship and information are the four subsystems of construction project contracting period management system, revealing the relationship among the four subsystems and elements 4 subsystem management principles, build a system management framework, and put forward specific management measures for each system element.
