中国加入WTO之后,外资连锁企业加速进入中国市场,在为我们带来新的理念、技术、管理经验的同时,也加剧了中国零售市场的竞争。近年来,西安市连锁经营发展迅速,但在发展过程中受到诸多因素的制约。本文通过对西安市连锁企业的调查了解,对西安市连锁行业的发展现状、人才匮乏原因、西安市连锁企业发展应采取的措施进行了分析和探讨。
After China’s accession to the WTO, foreign-funded chain enterprises accelerated their entry into the Chinese market, bringing us new ideas, technologies and management experiences as well as exacerbating the competition in China’s retail market. In recent years, the rapid development of Xi’an chain business, but in the development process by many factors. Based on the investigation of chain enterprises in Xi’an, this paper analyzes the status quo of chain industry in Xi’an, the reasons for the shortage of qualified personnel and the measures to be taken in the development of chain enterprises in Xi’an.
