本文研究了奥—贝球铁焊缝金属组织结构特点和合金元素对奥—贝球铁焊缝金属组织与力学性能的影响。研究结果表明,奥—贝球铁焊缝金属的组织主要为贝氏体铁素体和残余奥氏体;Si具有抑制碳化物析出和增加焊缝金属中奥氏体体积分数的作用,因而有利于改善焊缝金属的力学性能;Mn增加焊缝金属中马氏体量,因而导致降低奥—贝球铁焊缝金属力学性能。
In this paper, the microstructure and mechanical properties of Austenitic stainless steel weld metal were studied. The results show that the microstructure of the austenite-nickel alloy is mainly bainitic ferrite and retained austenite. Si has the effect of inhibiting the precipitation of carbides and increasing the volume fraction of austenite in the weld metal. Therefore, Which will improve the mechanical properties of the weld metal; Mn increases the amount of martensite in the weld metal, thus reducing the mechanical properties of the Austenite ball weld metal.
